As a Floral Receiving & Processing Technician, you’ll be part of the team responsible for managing incoming products, preparing them for distribution, and ensuring our high standards of quality and efficiency are met every step of the way. You’ll work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment with a variety of temperatures, and you’ll love the energy that comes with it. Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented with great attendance and reliability
• Work in varying temperatures (coolers, warehouse, greenhouse)
• Comfortable handling live plants and flowers daily
• Willingness to learn and be cross trained across tasks and areas

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or landscaping experience preferred (greater than 3 months)
• Experience working in a physically repetitive position

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound product and verify against supplier documentation
• Label and process inventory (hydrate cut flowers, unpack potted plants)
• Restock and organize inventory into proper bin locations
• Downgrade expired or below-spec products
• Meet productivity goals while maintaining high standards.
• Conduct cycle counts and helps resolve inventory discrepancies
• Wash and sanitize buckets and containers
• Consolidate carts and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Maintain a clean workspace and be aware of risks to yourself and others.
• Safely operate forklifts and other equipment as needed
