About The Position

The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and plants, a keen eye for design, and strong leadership skills. As a Floral Manager, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the floral department, including inventory management, staff supervision, and customer service. You will work closely with suppliers to ensure a diverse and high-quality selection of flowers and plants, and you will create beautiful floral arrangements for various occasions. Additionally, you will be responsible for training and mentoring staff, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service. The Floral Manager will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and health regulations, and managing the department's budget. This role requires excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Requirements

Proven experience as a Floral Manager or similar role.
Strong knowledge of flowers, plants, and floral design.
Excellent leadership and management skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Customer service-oriented with a positive attitude.
Proficient in inventory management and budgeting.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in floral design or horticulture is a plus.
Experience in retail or customer service is preferred.

Responsibilities
