Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing, and challenging environment.
• Ability to perform various physical tasks (i.e. bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting, etc.).
• Ability to work in a hot environment.
• Ability to work holidays and overtime as business needs.
• Repetitive heavy lifting of 50 pounds or more.
• Stamina, strength, and teamwork.
• Military experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED.
• A job for someone who enjoys heavy physical labor.

Responsibilities

• Support our team of greenhouse technicians and growers to bring our amazing grown product to customers throughout the 5-state area.
• Plant, weed, harvest, clear flower beds, and prepare product for delivery.
• Work directly with a variety of crops including lilies, gerbera daisies, cyclamen, begonias, tulips, poinsettias, and more!
• Prepare product for delivery.
