About The Position

Westborn Market is seeking a Floral Designer to create and execute unique floral arrangements for various events and occasions, as well as custom pieces for their design showcase. The role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and provide expert advice on floral choices and design. The Floral Designer will also prepare arrangements for daily delivery, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment, and maintain a clean and organized work environment while providing excellent customer service. This is a non-exempt position reporting to the Floral Manager and Floral Director.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of Floral Design experience required
• Excellent creativity and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays as needed
• Requires handling of average-weight objects up to 25 pounds or standing, and/or walking for more than four (4) hours per day.

Responsibilities
