Responsibilities

Assist with customer orders: Provide courteous, prompt and accurate customer service, Determine type, style and price of arrangement desired, Design arrangement according to order and Sendik’s Fine Foods procedures, Package order
Receive and price as necessary all plants and flowers supplied: Check shipment for content and quality, Verify delivery to invoices and sign for product, Strip, cut, condition and price flowers properly, Follow retails and prices for all products and put on display, Ensure proper pricing in all store and department systems
Take care of floral items: Remove hanging baskets from display rack with plant hook, water and replace to rack, Check and water all green and blooming plants on sales floor, Remove dead leaves, Process all fresh flowers upon arrival, Check water levels in all fresh flower items
Clean coolers: Sweep, mop cooler when condensation builds, Clean windows, condense flowers and remove empty buckets for cleaning
Follow all store and department policies and procedures
