About The Position

The Floral Clerk maintains a wide selection of plants and arrangements and assists customers with finding the right product for the occasion. They will make beautiful arrangements for display and to-order, keep inventory, and ensure the workspace is clean and sanitary. Compensation for this position is expected to be between $12.77 and $14.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on factors including relevant experience, skills, qualifications, education, certifications, and internal equity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an appealing and diverse selection of fresh plants and floral arrangements
• Assist customers in selecting appropriate floral products for various occasions
• Create custom and display floral arrangements to meet customer needs and enhance presentation
• Monitor and manage floral inventory, including restocking and rotating products
• Ensure work areas are clean, organized, and meet sanitation standards
