About The Position

Individuals applying for this position should be willing to make lasting connections with our customers, water and arrange plants, inflate balloons, and create small arrangements. They will also fill and rotate cases and floral displays, which may involve some heavy lifting (up to 50lbs). The role also includes helping to maintain a clean and sanitary store and working with the team on all tasks necessary to have an awesome department. The ideal candidate will be a part of a dedicated team that enjoys their job, arrives promptly for shifts, and works as scheduled.
