Floorplan Specialist I (NextGear Capital)
About The Position
This is a Hybrid role with a requirement to work from the Carmel, IN office twice a week, Thursdays are mandatory in-office days. The shift is Monday-Friday 11:30 AM - 8 PM EST. The role involves demonstrated proficiency in basic floor planning workflows such as Specific Source or Universal Source Manual Flooring, Account Portal Flooring or Day 1 Universal Source Flooring, and Universal and Specific Source Pending Follow-Up. The specialist will review, process, and follow up on floorplan requests according to policy and procedure and within established service levels, while also meeting individual and departmental objectives.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED
- Generally, less than 2 years of experience
- Able to communicate with clients and team members effectively and professionally
- Client service attitude/skills
- Self-motivated, independent, and able to utilize training and resource materials
- Use Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook at a satisfactory pace
- Must be able to multi-task and complete projects within the deadlines given
- Must be efficient, accurate and swift with Keyboard
- Clear a pre-employment drug test
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship.

Responsibilities
- Review, process, and follow up on floorplan requests as required by your designated workflow in accordance with policy and procedure and within established service levels
- Meet additional weekly/monthly individual and departmental objectives as directed
- Other tasks and duties as assigned
