About The Position

Ritz-Craft Corporation of PA is seeking a skilled Flooring & Tile Installer to join our production team. This position is responsible for installing luxury vinyl flooring, ceramic tile backsplashes, and shower doors in manufactured and modular homes while maintaining Ritz-Craft's high standards for quality, craftsmanship, and safety.

Requirements

Minimum of one (1) year of hands-on experience installing LVP/LVT flooring, ceramic tile, shower doors, or related interior finish products required.
Ability to accurately measure, cut, and fit materials.
Ability to read and interpret work orders, drawings, and specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, squat, and work in a physically demanding environment throughout the workday.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds regularly.
Ability to safely use hand and power tools.
Ability to work in a production manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Install Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP) and Luxury Vinyl Tile (LVT) flooring.
Measure, cut, fit, and secure flooring materials according to specifications.
Install ceramic tile backsplashes in kitchens, bathrooms, and other designated areas.
Grout, finish, and inspect tile work to ensure quality and appearance standards are met.
Install, adjust, and secure shower doors and related hardware.
Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and production specifications.
Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Assist with other production and installation duties as assigned.
