About The Position
re:fab is a full-service painting and renovation company based out of Lakeville MA which services projects throughout the East Coast. re:fab offers a fast paced, professional, and respectful working environment. We are onboarding experienced, fully insured flooring subcontractors with multiple flooring-type install and finishing experience: laminate, vinyl planking, tile, hardwood for projects upcoming commercial projects in Fairlawn and Blacksburg VA-accepting bids now.
Requirements
- Experienced, fully insured flooring subcontractors.
- Multiple flooring-type install and finishing experience (laminate, vinyl planking, tile, hardwood).
- Friendly and professional customer service skills.
- Effective communication.
- Knowledge of commercial/residential construction practices, procedures, techniques, tools and equipment, materials specifications, quality control, and safety.
- Ability to read and understand related construction documents (i.e., blueprints, plans, specs, shop drawings, etc.).
- Must maintain valid Workman’s Comp & General Liability insurance on self and crew and fully insured work vehicles.
- Must hold an OSHA 10 card.
- Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in a face-paced & evolving environment.
- Applicant MUST have own tools.
- Applicant MUST have a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to and from job sites.
Responsibilities
- Install and finish flooring including laminate, vinyl planking, tile, and hardwood.
