Flooring Specialist/ Dealer Registration Clerk
About The Position
America's Auto Auction - is looking for an outstanding Flooring Specialist/Dealer Registration clerk. This position is responsible for the processing of floor plan payments for the buying dealer. This position is responsible for the proficient handling of all paperwork associated with floor planning to ensure the floorplan company has the information needed to pay the deal. This position also assists dealers in registering to be able to attend our auction and assist with any problems the dealer may have logging into the auction. The Flooring Specialist/Dealer Registration Clerk always exhibits superior customer service.
Requirements
- High School Diploma minimum, some College preferred
- Previous office experience
- Should be highly organized, self-motivated and self-disciplined. Customer service orientated. Computer proficient. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
- The environment of the Title Clerk involves working in the office at a desk for extended periods. Those working in this position are subject to repeated hours working at a computer while sitting at a desk.
Responsibilities
- Always provide efficient and courteous service to all customers.
- Timeliness, accuracy and completion of processing of floor plan for the buyer.
- Always exhibit ‘hands on’ and direct approach with customers.
- Timeliness, accuracy and completion of the processing floor plans, communicating with floor plan companies and mailing of titles.
- Timeliness, accuracy and completion assisting dealers/Reps in registering for the auction.
- Works well independently as well as a team player.
- Develop a thorough understanding of policies, processes and procedures relative to the floorplan industry.
- Timeliness and accuracy of answering emails in correlation to floor plans and dealer registration.
- Maintain accurate dealer and floorplan industry contacts at all times.
- Provide the best “Customer Service” possible to all dealers.
- Performs other duties as necessary.
