Requirements

Proven experience as a Flooring Installer, particularly in residential or commercial projects.
Strong knowledge of various flooring materials and installation techniques.
Physical strength and stamina to lift, move, and handle heavy materials and equipment.
Excellent attention to detail and precision.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
High school diploma or equivalent; professional certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

Install various types of flooring, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, tile, and carpet, for residential and commercial projects.
Prepare installation sites, including surface cleaning, leveling, and removal of old flooring materials.
Measure, cut, and fit flooring materials with precision, ensuring a seamless finish.
Use tools, adhesives, and equipment safely and effectively to complete installations.
Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure job specifications are met.
Maintain a clean and organized job site, adhering to company and safety standards.
Address any on-site issues professionally and provide solutions to meet customer expectations.
