We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people just as much as working with details. This role combines customer-facing design work with behind-the-scenes order coordination. You’ll meet with builder customers to help them select flooring options for their homes, then handle the order entry to make sure everything is accurate and ready for installation. It’s a mix of creativity and organization, and both sides are equally important.

Requirements

Comfortable working directly with customers in a professional setting
Strong attention to detail and ability to stay organized
Basic computer skills and ability to learn order entry systems
Good communication skills and a positive attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects at once

Nice To Haves

Flooring or design experience is a plus, but not required

Responsibilities

Meet with builder customers to guide flooring selections (carpet, hardwood, tile, LVP, etc.)
Help customers choose colors, styles, and upgrades that fit their home and budget
Enter orders accurately into the system based on finalized selections
Review plans and specifications to ensure correct materials are ordered
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth process from selection to installation
Maintain organized records of selections and orders
Provide a high level of customer service throughout the process
