Essential Job Duties Process customer orders from Netsuite, the Web (Magento) and E-Bay Track, prioritize and expedite sales orders daily, ensuring 100% on time shipments Work with sales representatives and directly with customers to resolve sales order issues Make corrections/changes to sales orders as needed Create shipping documentation/labels via Pacejet and update orders with tracking information Create invoices for sales orders and maintain documentation Communicate parts needs for sales orders to procurement and sales teams Assist operations team and other departments as needed Adhere to and maintain ESD safety requirements in all required work areas Competencies Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Self-motivated with attention to detail Analytical with the ability to learn quickly Experience Prior experience handling and working with IT hardware is a plus Software Requirements Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) Experience in Netsuite is a plus ServerMonkey is an equal opportunity employer #LI-TT1 We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
