The Flooring Builder will be a part of the Floors department team. This position requires the ability to lift, push, pull 50+lbs on a continuous basis and the ability to stand and bend over throughout the day for the entirety of the shift. This role will be expected to frame, cut and measure decks, install heat ducts, linoleum, and water lines throughout the house. Basic blueprint knowledge is desired. This position is expected to complete up to 4-6 floors per day. This team member will have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments. This role requires an eye for detail to make the house beautiful for our customers. Prior construction experience in a recent role preferred. This is a level BRAVO role , $25.00 per hour. External candidates will start at $23.00 per hour and move their way up to BRAVO level pay over the first 30 days of employment if they are successful during their introductory period.

Requirements
