About The Position

We are seeking a dedicated and safety-conscious Floorhand to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The Floorhand assists with drilling operations and equipment, maintains a safe and organized rig site, and supports the crew in troubleshooting operational issues.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Strong commitment to safety and adherence to safety regulations.
Ability to work in physically demanding conditions and lift heavy objects.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and extended shifts.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in drilling operations or a related field is preferred but not required.
Basic mechanical skills and understanding of drilling equipment.

Responsibilities

Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of drilling equipment and tools.
Support the drilling crew during operations, including handling and transporting equipment.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on the rig site.
Follow safety protocols and procedures.
Perform routine inspections and report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards.
Assist with the assembly and disassembly of drilling components.
Support the team in troubleshooting operational issues as needed.
