About The Position

Precision Drilling is hiring motivated, hardworking individuals to join our rigs in Western Canada. We’re seeking both entry-level and experienced seasonal employees who bring a high-performance, high-value attitude to every shift. Whether you’re just starting out or you’ve worked the patch before, this is your chance to build a long-term career with one of Canada’s leading drilling contractors. As a Floorhand, you’ll play a key role in rig operations while gaining valuable hands-on experience. You'll be responsible for a variety of physically demanding tasks on the rig, including operating manual tongs and slips to connect/disconnect tubulars, assisting in rig maintenance, cleaning, and organization, supporting the rig crew in daily drilling activities, participating in safety procedures and identifying potential hazards, and attending training and development programs to enhance your skills.

Requirements

• 2+ years of recent outdoor heavy labour experience (or oil rig experience preferred)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Able to pass drug and fitness assessments
• Physically fit – capable of lifting up to 75 lbs
• Commitment to safety and ability to follow detailed procedures

Responsibilities
