Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of Floor Technician experience.
• Knowledge of floor care equipment and cleaning techniques.
• Understanding of various flooring surfaces and proper maintenance methods.
• Ability to safely handle cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, and team-focused.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, strip, wax, buff, and polish multiple floor types, including tile, vinyl, concrete, and carpet.
• Operate and maintain floor care equipment, including scrubbers, buffers, and burnishers.
• Remove stains, debris, and buildup using approved cleaning methods.
• Follow all safety procedures and proper chemical handling practices.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure work meets company standards.
• Move furniture and prepare work areas as needed.
• Complete required documentation and communicate professionally with clients and team members.
