About The Position

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Floor Technician with experience in commercial floor care. The ideal candidate has experience operating floor machines, buffing floors, and preferably stripping and waxing. This is a hands-on position offering consistent hours, growth opportunities, and the potential for advancement for the right team member.

Requirements

• Previous floor buffing experience required
• Stripping and waxing experience preferred
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work while standing for extended periods
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends as needed

Nice To Haves

• Stripping and waxing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Operate floor machines to buff and maintain commercial flooring surfaces
• Perform stripping and waxing of floors
• Sweep, mop, and prepare floors before treatment
• Maintain and properly care for floor equipment
• Follow safety guidelines and site procedures
• Work independently or as part of a team to complete scheduled floor projects
