About The Position

We are urgently hiring an experienced Floor Technician for the Morgan City area. This is a full-time, immediate opening for an individual with experience in commercial floor care, specifically buffing. The role involves operating floor machines, preparing floors for treatment, cleaning equipment, and working independently or with a team to complete scheduled jobs. Travel to job sites throughout the Acadiana area is also required.

Requirements

• Floor buffing experience REQUIRED
• Must pass a background check and drug screening
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical work
• Flexible availability for evenings and weekends when needed
• Dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented

Nice To Haves

• Stripping & waxing experience preferred
• Reliable transportation & valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

• Operate floor machines for commercial buffing
• Strip and wax floors (preferred)
• Sweep, mop, and prepare floors for treatment
• Clean and maintain floor equipment
• Follow safety procedures and site requirements
• Work independently or with a team to complete scheduled floor jobs
• Travel to job sites throughout the Acadiana area
