FLOOR TECHNICIAN (FULL AND PART TIME)
About The Position
We are hiring immediately for full and part time FLOOR TECHNICIAN positions. This role is responsible for floor maintenance, restoration, and the operation of industrial floor care equipment. The job involves maintaining knowledge of hard-surface floor maintenance principles and applying proper procedures for stripping and refinishing, burnishing, spray cleaning, and spray buffing. It also includes operating various types of industrial floor care equipment, utilizing automated equipment for cleaning large floor areas, and performing carpet and upholstering tasks such as shampooing, damp surface cleaning, extractions, spot cleaning, and vacuuming. The technician will perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types and may be assigned other duties by their manager.
Requirements
- Prior floor maintenance, floor project work, and use of floor equipment required.
- Previous experience as a floor care technician or in related role preferred
- Proven knowledge of floor care equipment and techniques required
- Knowledge and ability to follow safety procedures
- Requires frequent lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling of up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

- Perform maintenance and restorative processes for all floor surface types
- Other duties as assigned by manager
