About The Position

Focused Post Acute Care Partners (FPACP) is seeking a Floor Technician to join their team at Focused Care at Beechnut in Houston, TX. FPACP is a company that values excellence in long-term care and has a unique recognition program called ROCKStar (Recognizing Outstanding Care and Kindness). This program uses gamification to motivate team members and offers a chance to attend an annual gala. The Floor Technician will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the facility, including buffing and waxing floors, and managing trash.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior experience in industrial floor care

Responsibilities

• Implement facility cleanliness.
• Buffing and waxing floors.
• Manage trash around the facility.
• Work closely with the housekeeping and maintenance director.
• Notify the supervisor when supplies are needed.
• Notify the supervisor when equipment is in need of repair.
• Notify the supervisor when an area of the facility is in need of repair.
