The individuals selected for this position are responsible for cleaning and maintaining the facility in excellent conditions for all associates and customers. This role involves cleaning building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, and vacuuming, as well as cleaning windows and mirrors, cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, and removing waste. The Floor Technician will also be responsible for routing 2hr disinfecting and sterilizing of the facility, maintaining a cleaning chart, replenishing supplies, organizing janitorial storage areas, and notifying supervisors about unsafe conditions or the need for repairs. Handling basic maintenance and building repairs, practicing teamwork, and seeking continuous improvement are also key aspects of this role. The job requires working in accordance with all safety regulations and maintaining attendance and timeliness.
