Floor Technician
About The Position

We are currently seeking an experienced Floor Care Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring all floor surfaces remain clean, safe, and visually appealing, while supporting infection‑control standards.
Requirements
- Hands‑on experience with floor‑care equipment and floor‑maintenance procedures.
- Strong understanding of stripping and waxing processes.
- Hardworking, dependable, and self‑motivated.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Responsibilities
- Operate floor‑care equipment, including high‑speed buffers (20" & 27"), side‑by‑side scrubbers, walk‑behind auto scrubbers, and carpet extraction machines.
- Perform floor stripping, waxing, sealing, buffing, and related preparation processes.
- Complete tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping, and carpet cleaning to maintain overall floor cleanliness.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment in good working order.
- Work a flexible schedule, including occasional weekend shifts.

- Hours: 40hr, 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (Monday - Friday)
