Learn more at GCE.org. The Floor Tech Lead is responsible for safely performing contract duties as assigned by management. Quality customer service is expected to be provided at all times. Knowledge and willingness to learn all aspects of the job is a requirement of the position.

Requirements

Minimum of two (2) years' experience in custodial or related services.
Minimum of one (1) year of experience in floor care.
Ability to work independently as needed to support the group effort.
Physically able to perform general tasks detailed in the assigned contract.
Interact appropriately with customers and team members.
Possess a valid driver’s license in the state they reside, have a satisfactory driving record, and be insurable under corporate policy.
Meet eligibility requirements for work assignment on the specified contract(s).
Able to pass organization screening requirements, including state or federal background screenings, as appropriate.
Will be required to follow Emergency Operations Work Assignment per customer requirements.
