Requirements

Bi-lingual (English / Spanish) skills required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Experience with Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilities.
Experience with Construction cleanups.
Experience with Carpet extractions.
Experience with Strip and Wax, Buffing floors.
Experience with Pressure washing.
Experience with Window cleaning.
Experience with Hi-low dusting.
Experience with General office cleaning.
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

Completing daily cleaning and special projects scheduled.
Deep Cleaning of commercial building/facilities.
Reporting deficiencies and/or any safety hazards to Management.
Taking before and after photos of work and submitting daily reports to regional team.
Construction cleanups.
Carpet extractions.
Strip and Wax, Buffing floors.
Pressure washing.
Window cleaning.
Hi-low dusting.
General office cleaning.
Training and recruitment of cleaning staff.
Reporting hours to payroll.
