About The Position
NHC HealthCare North Augusta is seeking a Floor Technician / Environmental Services Technician. The ideal candidate will be able to interact tactfully and effectively with patients, families, fellow employees, and visitors. This role requires the ability to be on your feet for 7-8 hours a day, lift heavy objects, and work with standard cleaning chemicals. Requirements
- Able to deal tactfully and effectively with patients, families, fellow employees and visitors

- Able to work with standard cleaning chemicals
Responsibilities
- Cleaning patient bathrooms
- Sweeping and Mopping
- Buffing
- Shampooing carpet
- Minor Maintenance
- Emptying garbage cans
- Cleaning patient rooms, hallways, walls, furniture and equipment
- Following established cleaning schedules
