About The Position

Avante at Melbourne Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Floor Tech to perform the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards as may be directed by the Director of Facility Services and/or the Administrator to ensure the facility is maintained in a clean, safe and comfortable manner.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Completion of high school education or equivalency or otherwise show ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions.
Must speak and understand English.
Positive attitude toward the elderly.
Background screening through the Agency for Health Care Administration (AHCA) Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse.

Responsibilities
