As a Floor Tech (also known as a Floor Care Specialist or Custodian), you will keep the school facilities spotless and shining.
Requirements
- Ability to pass a background check
- Reliable transportation
- Physical capability to operate floor machinery
- Must be able to pass a background check required for school facilities.
Nice To Haves
- Experience operating floor care equipment preferred (we provide training!).
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Operate floor cleaning equipment (buffers, scrubbers, burnishers) as our primary Floor Tech.
- Perform routine floor care, including sweeping, mopping, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning.
- Assist the janitorial team with general facility cleaning and maintaining high safety standards.
