Requirements

Must be able to lift and carry up to 70 pounds

High school degree preferred
Previous floor tech experience preferred

Responsibilities

Performs carpet cleaning (bonnet and extraction)
Performs scrubbing, stripping, sealing, waxing, and spray buffing hard surface floors
Operate high and low speed buffers up to 24 inch and 3000 RPM propane burnishing equipment
Follow established safety precautions
Operate and maintain all floor cleaning/finishing equipment to include but not limited to floor buffer/burnishes, water extraction machine, and carpet cleaning equipment
Follow established safety precautions for cleaning and maintaining all areas of the facility
