About The Position
The Villages Rehab is looking to fill Floor Tech positions. The Villages Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility located in Lady Lake, FL, dedicated to helping residents maximize their potential and live their lives to the fullest. We offer a modern, comfortable, and secure facility staffed by caring professionals providing sub-acute medical care, rehabilitation services, and 24-hour skilled nursing care. Requirements
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- At least one (1) year Skilled Nursing experience preferred.
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills.
- Highest level of professionalism with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to communicate at all levels of organization and work well within a team environment in support of company objectives.
- Customer service oriented with the ability to work well under pressure.
