About The Position
Clean Team Inc. is seeking qualified individuals to fill a Floor Technician position. This is a full-time, evening position located in Lafayette, Indiana, operating Monday-Friday. The role is ideal for individuals seeking extra income or saving for specific goals. We are looking for experienced candidates but are willing to train the right individual. All applicants must be at least 18 years old, possess reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and car insurance. The hours vary, requiring open availability after 5:00 PM.
Requirements
- Experience as a Floor Technician.
- Working knowledge of proper floor cleaning procedures.
- Knowledge of floor machines necessary to perform assigned tasks.
- Organization and implementation skills.
- Ability to follow assigned cleaning schedules and periodical work.
- Mechanically inclined.
- At least 18 years old.
- Own reliable transportation.
- A valid driver's license.
- Car insurance.
Nice To Haves
- Experience helpful, but not necessary. Willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities
- Perform proper floor cleaning procedures.
- Operate and maintain floor machines, including walk-behind and riding floor scrubbers.
- Operate various vacuum cleaners.
- Follow assigned cleaning schedules and periodical work.
- Manage and track tasks performed.
- Complete daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Perform daily maintenance of scrubbers.
