About The Position
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Tech to maintain and upkeep carpet and hard surface floors. This role requires the operation of a motor vehicle as an essential job function. Applicants must possess a valid driver’s license at the time of hire and maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company standards. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a driving record review and continued compliance with all applicable state laws and company policies. Driving is a regular and essential function of this position. The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.
Requirements
- Experience operating cleaning machinery, floor scrubbers and other equipment.
- Possess a valid driver’s license at the time of hire.
- Maintain an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with company standards.
- Successful completion of a driving record review.
- Continued compliance with all applicable state laws and company policies.
