About The Position
Love bringing floors back to life and operating commercial equipment? We’ve got the perfect floor care role waiting for you! As a Janitorial Floor Tech, you keep campus floors looking sharp, clean, and beautifully maintained. In this specialized role, your daily Floor Care Specialist duties include: Stripping, waxing, buffing, and scrubbing hard surface floors using industrial equipment. Operating various floor care equipment safely and efficiently. Serving as a versatile Floor Technician by completing additional general cleaning tasks assigned by your supervisor.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience as a Janitorial Floor Tech, Floor Care Specialist, or custodian.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively.
- Physical stamina to operate heavy equipment and lift up to 50 lbs. repetitively.
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a reliable attitude.
