Requirements

Experience preferred.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to show judgment and to work independently.
High integrity required.
Some English preferred

Responsibilities

Clean floors by sweeping mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
Strip/wax floors, carpet extraction, carpet spot removal
Use floor cleaning equipment as needed (i.e. buffer, walk behind, spot-carpet cleaner).
Expertise of use and care for Tennant Rife on equipment T-7. M-17 and M20 ride on scrubbers
General cleaning of buildings, keeping it maintained and in good condition.
Empty wastebaskets and take other trash to disposal areas.
Sanitize restrooms and fill dispensers.
Clean and polish furniture and fixtures.
Spot clean glass partitions, window blinds and mirrors.
Dust furniture, walls, woodwork, window stills, equipment and other assigned areas.
Mix cleaning solutions according to specifications.
Complete tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
Keep cleaning supplies in stock.
Perform other duties and tasks assigned by supervision.
