About The Position
Frantz Building Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Floor Tech to join our team. This full-time position involves comprehensive floor care, including stripping and refinishing VCT, scrubbing and recoating VCT, and carpet extraction. The role also includes maintaining and cleaning various areas of buildings such as offices, lobbies, restrooms, and breakrooms. We are looking for individuals who are positive, upbeat, have an eye for detail, and a desire to serve customers. Requirements
- MUST have a VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE and CLEAN DRIVING RECORD
- MUST be willing to work long hours when needed
- MUST be willing to travel to multiple locations

Responsibilities
- Stripping & refinishing VCT
- Scrubbing & recoating VCT
- Carpet Extraction
- Perform floor care duties-strip, finish, scrub, burnish hard surface floors/ extract carpets
- Maintain and clean offices, lobbies, restrooms, breakrooms, and other high-traffic areas
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop floors
- Clean glass and doors
- Completes all scheduled daily assignments within designated time frames
