About The Position

Clarksville Rehabilitation Hospital is a brand new startup with 40 private patient suites and set to take its first patient June 15th, 2026. The Floor Care Technician performs assigned floor care functions based on hospital standards and procedures; performs environmental services duties as needed, performs linen distribution at facilities, performs floor care such as waxing, stripping, buffing and other contractual duties according to regulations. Assist with routine maintenance and servicing operations as directed by the Director of Plant Operations.

Requirements

• Previous housekeeping experience preferred in a health care setting
• General maintenance/and care of multiple types of floors
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, time management and prioritization skills.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Detail-oriented, able to meet strict time frames

Responsibilities
