About The Position
Floor Technician (Experienced) – Company Vehicle Provided Office: Brooklyn Heights, OH / Multiple Sites $17-20.00/hour (based on experience) Evening / Night Shift Why This Job Stands Out Company vehicle provided – no wear & tear on your personal car Dedicated floor care work (not just general cleaning) Consistent schedule + opportunity to run jobs independently What You’ll Do Perform professional floor care services: Strip and wax Buffing and burnishing Auto-scrubbing Carpet extraction (if applicable) Travel between client sites using a company vehicle Maintain floors to high-quality standards Operate and maintain floor equipment safely Follow all safety and chemical handling procedures
Requirements
- Floor care experience required (strip/wax, buffing, burnishing, etc.)
- Experience operating commercial floor equipment
- Valid driver’s license + clean driving record (required)
- Comfortable driving a company vehicle between job sites
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work evenings or overnight shifts
