About The Position
LR-Associates, LLC (LRA) is a Small Business Administration (SBA) certified 8(a), Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) and Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides Logistics Support; Facilities Management (Operations & Maintenance); Program Management; and Security & Intelligence solutions. We support Federal, State, and Local Governments as well as Private Industry by offering skilled personnel throughout a wide-array of technical disciplines. We are seeking experienced Floor Techs (2:30PM-11:00PM weekends) to support the Dayton VA Medical Center in Dayton, OH. Floor Techs will be responsible for the overall floor maintenance of hard surface and carpet (stripping, waxing, buffing, shampooing, extraction & bonneting) of areas that include: Mopping, Deep Scrubbing Tile Floors, Steam cleaning carpet/furniture, Buffing hard floor surfaces, Strip/Wax hard floor surfaces. Job duties consist of working with floor care equipment such as Electric Floor Scrubber, Buffers, Auto Scrubbers/Ride on Auto Scrubbers. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of (2) years' experience in floor care. and perform services in a large facilities with heavy traffic flow.
