We are hiring for Experienced Floor Techs in Smithfield, NC Must have at least 6 months or recent experience operating floor equipment. Such as a riding floor scrubber or a stand behind floor scrubber. Direct Hire, Full Time, 4-Day Work Week!!! Night Shift Schedule: Wednesday thru Saturday; 6:00 PM to 5:00 AM Enjoy a four-day workweek with one required weekend shift (Saturday). Pay: $16.50 per hour | Weekly Pay on Friday!
Requirements
- At least 6 months of floor tech experience either on a riding floor scrubber or a stand behind floor scrubber.
- Must be 18 years old
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Demonstrate a commitment to service and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor.
- Possess patience, tact, enthusiasm as well as diplomacy when dealing with any person no matter the circumstances.
- Possess initiative and sound judgement in evaluating and reacting to situations.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in potential stressful and time sensitive situations.
- Possess good problem-solving skills with high attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision, read/comprehend detailed instructions and process information with accuracy and clarity.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and written.
- Extensive walking or standing for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift/carry 50 lbs.
Nice To Haves
- Previous janitorial related experience is desirable.
