Assist in the daily responsibilities of table games operations. This role requires adherence to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations, including Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting, and Customer Identification requirements. The supervisor will monitor subordinate performance, ensure adherence to casino policies, and maintain the integrity of Table Games activity. A good working knowledge of Table Games is essential. Responsibilities include approving and overseeing count table inventory, facilitating chip replenishment, supervising card issuance, instructing personnel on table assignments, and ensuring compliance with federal currency reporting requirements. The role also involves handling minor guest complaints and assisting the Shift Manager with gaming operations. The Floor Supervisor directly supervises dealers and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including planning, assigning work, providing input for performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
