About The Position

Assist in the daily responsibilities of table games operations. This role requires adherence to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations, including Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting, and Customer Identification requirements. The supervisor will monitor subordinate performance, ensure adherence to casino policies, and maintain the integrity of Table Games activity. A good working knowledge of Table Games is essential. Responsibilities include approving and overseeing count table inventory, facilitating chip replenishment, supervising card issuance, instructing personnel on table assignments, and ensuring compliance with federal currency reporting requirements. The role also involves handling minor guest complaints and assisting the Shift Manager with gaming operations. The Floor Supervisor directly supervises dealers and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organizational policies, procedures, and applicable laws, including planning, assigning work, providing input for performance appraisals, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.

Requirements

  • Must adhere to all aspects of the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program and its regulations including, but not limited to, Title 31 Cash Transactions, Suspicious Activity Reporting and Customer Identification requirements.
  • Possess good working knowledge and understanding of Table Games.
  • High school diploma or GED, and 2 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience in card room operations, to include but be limited to experience as a dealer and/or Floor Supervisor.
  • Must possess the ability to differentiate Cheque color and appropriate values of each.
  • Must be able to communicate in English.
  • Must be able to stand, move and work throughout the office area and properties, including walking up to 1 mile, climbing stairs and sitting at a desk/work station for the duration of the shift.
  • Must be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
  • Must be able to grasp, bend, lift and/or carry or otherwise move goods weighing a minimum of 25 lbs. on an intermittent basis, and sufficient dexterity of hand in order to use office equipment including, but not limited to: a computer keyboard, calculator, general office equipment and multi-line telephone.

Responsibilities
