About The Position

The Floor Supervisor will play an important role in store leadership, inspiring their team to work together to achieve goals, create an environment of aloha fun, while exceeding guests expectations. This role involves guiding the team to execute merchandising and visual standards, determining performance expectations, providing coaching, and designing internal growth programs. The supervisor will use strong communication skills to emphasize brand direction and share product knowledge, and will be responsible for hiring and developing a collaborative team to drive key results.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Retail experience, with exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts.
  • Experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.
  • A “get things done” mindset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of styles.
  • Ability to perform other duties as required that are necessary to support the business.
  • Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently.
  • Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently.
  • Climbing ladders – occasionally.
  • Routine standing for duration of shift (up to 8 hours).
