About The Position

The Floor Supervisor will play an important role in store leadership, inspiring their team to work together to achieve goals, create an environment of aloha fun, and exceed guest expectations. This role involves guiding the team to create a relaxed destination by executing merchandising and visual standards, determining performance expectations, providing coaching, designing internal growth programs, and hiring and developing a collaborative team to drive key results. The supervisor will use strong communication skills to emphasize brand direction and share product knowledge on current trends.

Requirements

• 2+ years of Retail experience, with exposure to Retail Merchandising and Visual Concepts.
• Experience supervising a team in a management capacity.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• A “get things done” mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a variety of styles.
• Ability to be a natural collaborator and identify opportunities and take initiative.

Responsibilities
