About The Position
The Floor Staff position at The Boar’s Head Sports Club, Fitness Center is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the fitness floor and equipment. This role involves daily cleaning of exercise equipment, stocking necessary supplies, and providing exceptional customer service to members and guests. Additionally, the Floor Staff will assist management with various tasks and report any maintenance issues to ensure a smooth operation of the fitness center.

Responsibilities
- Clean the exercise equipment daily with deep cleaning performed on weekends.
- Keep the equipment room organized by stocking towels, water, equipment wipes and cups.
- Greet and assist all members/guests while providing exceptional customer service (i.e., sign-up sheets, headphone use, towels and water).
- Perform reasonable tasks requested by management such as computer data entry, photocopying, phone calls to members, generating and posting flyers, etc.
- Report maintenance requests to Fitness Director Report problems with building, temperature, electricity, and fitness equipment.
- Contribute to overall resort team effort by completing additional duties as assigned.
