About The Position
We are a facility management and maintenance company with more than 30 years of industry experience. We are a very stable and reliable company, headquartered in Chattanooga TN, and are looking for hard-working, motivated, and reliable candidates. This position is for a 1st Shift Floor Scrubber/Cleaner at our location in Cedar Rapids.
Requirements
- MUST be physically capable of performing duties
- On feet for entire shift
- MUST be reliable
Responsibilities
- Dust mop floors
- Mop floors
- Top Scrub floors
- Run a ride on or walk behind floor scrubber machine
- Pay attention to detail
- Perform any other duties that may be assigned
- Keeping grounds free from trash, litter and debris
- Emptying trash receptacles
- Blows and sweeps sidewalks, parking lots
