About The Position

Join Cargill's protein and salt business, where we provide wholesome, high-quality food products to a wide range of customers, from foodservice operators and grocery stores to manufacturers and exporters. This position is located in Albert Lea, MN and is a full-time role on the 2nd shift.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
• Basic mathematical ability (addition, subtraction, multiplication and division)
• Basic computer skills
• Willingness to work outside of normal shift, including weekends and off-shift hours as needed

Nice To Haves

• Previous food manufacturing experience
• Previous leadership experience
• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Production experience
• Work history within the last 12 months

Responsibilities

• Lift/handle cooked meats / trash weighing up to 50 lbs. (picking up items from floor, emptying trash bags, general cleanup, keeping areas clean and free of debris, etc.)
• Ensure food safety and quality
• Housekeeping and maintenance
• Other tasks may be assigned per the discretion of management
