About The Position
This position is responsible for entry level skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.
Requirements
- Must have legible handwriting.
- Must be willing to work on your feet for a period of 12 hours.
- Must be willing to complete all required training for the job.
- Must be able to read invoices, packing slips, records of materials, etc.
- Must possess skills to complete Tyson paperwork.
- Must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.
- Must have 3 months of working history with one employer listed on the application.
- Complete the task after submitting your application to provide additional information to be considered for employment.
Nice To Haves
- Computer experience preferred.
- Prefer 3 months of operator experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and promote the Tyson safety culture.
- Receive training as required.
- Perform various positions as required/assigned.
- Visually inspect all floor equipment and make adjustments when needed.
- Monitor the product throughout the processing phase.
- Properly operate the meat side equipment.
- Maintain and operate the equipment to provide quality product for our customer.
- Complete Tyson paperwork.
