About The Position

Advanced Care Center is seeking a detail-oriented, clinically skilled Registered Nurse to provide care in its skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The nurse administers medications and treatments, maintains accurate and current records, and directs the day-to-day tasks of Certified Nursing Assistants. The role emphasizes high-quality patient care, excellent customer service, and a warm, optimistic, and sincerely caring atmosphere for residents and their families. The position is in geriatrics and long-term care/SNF in Clearwater, Florida. Available shifts are 7 a.m.–3 p.m., 3 p.m.–11 p.m., and 11 p.m.–7 a.m.; weekend work is included in the schedule.

Requirements

• Valid nursing license.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Valid IV certification.
• Ability to quickly learn and navigate Point Click Care software.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and perform treatments for residents.
• Keep resident records accurate and up to date.
• Direct the day-to-day tasks of CNAs.
• Promote an atmosphere of optimism, warmth, and sincere concern for residents.
• Provide high-quality patient care and excellent customer service to residents and their families.
