About The Position

As a Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing service, supporting and motivating the team, and ensuring a seamless guest experience from open to close. You will be highly visible on the floor, setting the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and pace.

Requirements

  • Management experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants
  • Background at notable or well-respected restaurant groups strongly preferred
  • Strong leadership presence and ability to command the floor
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to motivate, coach, and retain teams
  • Calm, confident decision-maker during peak service
  • Demonstrated stability and strong tenure in previous roles
  • Willingness to learn and develop administrative and operational skills

Responsibilities
