About The Position

As Floor Manager, you will be a visible leader on the floor, responsible for driving service standards, supporting the team in real time, and ensuring a seamless guest experience. Responsibilities

• Lead the dining room during high-volume service with confidence and composure
• Set the tone for hospitality, professionalism, and pace
• Coach, motivate, and support front-of-house teams in real time
• Anticipate service needs and resolve issues proactively
• Engage with guests and handle concerns with warmth and urgency
• Maintain service standards, flow, and team accountability
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar leadership to ensure smooth operations
• Support training, scheduling, and daily operational needs
